Keith Bull

 Keith Bull is the Founder of The Revenue Cycle Group. He has over 29 years of experience with medical groups and hospitals.  

Keith brings a wealth of both experience and ‘key contacts’ to provide top-level services to hospitals and clinics.  With a focus on patient-responsible finances, he has also worked in customer service roles within Hospital systems for insurance and third-party healthcare claims follow-up. He enjoys working with clients to achieve positive results in their work culture and financial success in their business office.

Keith has a business degree from the University of Iowa. He has been active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) at both the local and regional levels, currently serving on the Missouri AAHAM Hawthorn Chapter Board of Directors.

 Annetta Slover , MHA, CPC, CPC-I, CPCO

With over 29 years as a healthcare executive, Annetta’s experience touches all areas of the Revenue Cycle for large and small hospitals and clinics. Annetta has served as the Director of a multi- physician CBO overseeing all management roles. She was also responsible for consolidating 19 individual practices into a single CBO where she had direct oversight of the Revenue Cycle process including registration, coding, and billing. She has served also as the Compliance and Education Director for a large physician group in a medical school environment.

Annetta is a Certified Coding Instructor and a Certified Healthcare Compliance Manager. She has extensive healthcare knowledge and expertise surrounding patient health information, compliance, medical terminology, privacy, data analysis, coding and classification systems. She possess knowledge of local and federal healthcare regulations and their impacts on the healthcare revenue cycle.

Annetta is the founder of Coding At Best, LLC, serving as an instructor and coach for medical coding. She also directs all coding support and billing support.

She has a Masters in Health Administration from Western Governor’s University and is actively affiliated with HFMA, AAHAM, MGMA, and AAPC. She is based in St, Louis, MO.
